The weberfloor EP 530 HB is a high-performance, two-component epoxy coating that is solvent-free and suitable for various applications. It is pigmented for enhanced appearance, offers excellent levelling properties, and creates a durable, seamless surface. This product is specially formulated as a heavy-duty floor coating for basement, warehouses, industrial factories, ground floors, car parks and traffic decks. Once treated with sand, weberfloor EP 530 HB provides an anti-skid, hard-wearing and abrasion-resistant finish.
weberfloor EP 530 HB is supplied in two pre-weighted tin packaging (Part A = resin base, and Part B = hardener) with the specific mixing ratio for use. Thoroughly stir the individual components of the weberfloor EP 530 HB before combining them.
Pour all the contents of Part B (hardener) into the Part A container (resin) and blend the two materials meticulously for a minimum of 2-3 minutes using a slow-speed mixer with a spiral paddle until uniform.
Partial mixing of the weberfloor EP 530 HB is not recommended.
