Hong Kong Palace Museum

Located in the West Kowloon cultural district, a seven-storey building covers a site area of 13,000 sqm with a total floor area of approximately 30,000 sqm across nine galleries, the Hong Kong Palace Museum (HKPM) is scheduled to open in July 2022 after three years of construction. More than 900 works of art from Beijing's Palace Museum and exhibits from local cultural institutions and modern artists after opening to the public. In this challenging project, Weber was asked to specify appropriate tiling and rendering solutions to fulfil the construction requirements of the iconic HKPM projects.
