The continuous outbreaks of the epidemic in Hong Kong is causing a shortage of medical supplies and hospital beds. With support from the Central government, the Hong Kong government will construct several community isolations and treatment facilities as soon as possible to cater for the needs of anti-epidemic work.
Saint-Gobain Weber HK has sponsored more than 150 tons of Weber tile fixing and grouting products to these expeditious construction projects.
Located at Ngau Tam Mei, Kai Tak Cruise Terminal and Penny bay, these facilities will provide more than 20,000 beds for those diagnosed with COVID-19, asymptomatic or with mild symptoms and relieve the tremendous pressure on the public healthcare system.
